I'm also a big fan of workshopping. In fact, I recently became a trained workshop facilitator. I hope to get to practice more of it in the coming years. We've also built a system internally at WhatTheyThink using Basecamp to organize ideas, prioritize them, and systematically work through them. Ready > Fire > Aim > Fire again...Good stuff!
