Dear Carry
I have translated this document and tried "Tiger" and "Tora=Tiger in Japanese" on my Android and iPhone, but that voila did not happen to me. Any setting issues? You have no such a questions from US audiences? Just for clarification. Thanks for your help in advance,

Hi, Kamei, this is the first I have heard of it. Perhaps it doesn't work in the Japanese version of Google? I wonder if you can get to Google.com, as opposed to Google.co.jp?

Hi Carry, I tried Google.com and search "Tiger", I could not reach to the place. Next, I search "meet a life-sized Tiger up close". I reached to the Augement-3D AR at the Google Play store and it said "Your device is not applicable for this version". I did same search at Google.co.jp and reach to same place.
I will check with my Mobile phone expert and report you later. I should clear those before I release my translation to the public. Otherwise I will get those same questions too! I will let you know the result.

May I ask them to send me some printed sample? I am very interested in their web site. Again it was hard to find from Japanese browser, but LinkedIn. Is this right place? https://ar-go.co/en/#anchor-platform
