Nice question regarding in-line vs. near line and bringing some clarity to the subject. Michael's answer provided insights to Canon customers and when they select one or the other. His comments on having a team of experts coordinating the installations will make it seem like plug and play. The coordination of workflow, ink, paper and finishing can look easy but careful planning is the key to any successful implementation. Canon sees how important this is and is very good in assisting its customers.
