I am sure this a great deal for EFI as all of the DFE's for Xerox production products will be Fiery's, and as an ex Global Account Manager for EFI for the Xerox Account I know what that means. Short term it is also a good deal for Xerox, although it could well give them difficult decisions to make on which workflow to sell, XMPie or EFI. I do not however agree that it gives customers benefits as it reduces the number of competitors, and that is not good for customers.
