Thanks Jennifer, a great 2:19, I would say your insight goes well beyond print ERP/MIS !. It has application to publishing platforms, marketing automation SW and enterprise sales automation platforms to name a few. Companies can (and do) go "off track" ...for a host of reasons. It's definitely important to scrutinize the customization "enhancements". Uncovering what department and who is suggesting them, often leads to bigger inefficiencies within the business. Cheers.
