Interesting comments by Frank about the packaging and label market not losing out to internet and online advertising. I think he is right , it is clear that commercial print, signage, advertising in mags has all 'taken a hit' in the last decade, however i would suggest the other opportunity for print has to be Industrial print - functional and decorative both traditional analogue - screen and digital.
Same issues apply - the value is in flexibility, short run, creativity, precision and function. Globally Manufacturing continues to grow, it just changes geographies. But Print can provide something 'special' for manufacturers whether in the US, Asia or Brasil.
