Jeff Sierra: Hi, I'm Jeff Sierra, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Budco, a Iowa, a company. Budco is a fully integrated fulfilment direct marketing organization. We have a pretty wide variety of capabilities, not only from digital variable print and mailing but through full fulfillment. We have a complete inbound, outbound contact center, as well as a creative group. So a lot of the initiatives that we get involved with, we manage from an end-to-end perspective.
One of the things that we've been doing recently is with a traditional direct marketing program that's driven by traditional direct mail solicitations that are for the purposes of trying to drive an individual to pick up the phone and call an 800 number. When we get that response the purpose of the call is to get more information or to purchase a product, actually over the phone. If the sale is not made what we do, do is collect a lot of information about that particular customer during that call and we use the for followup corresponding.
So one of the things that we're expanding and is not only providing, you know, personalized hardcopy followup communications but we're taking some of our traditionally hardcopy printed collateral and we're actually digitizing that, and then delivering that through an email to these people in followup. So we're providing them a fully interactive digitized piece of material that has animation and full length video and it's just a new way to supplement the standard direct mail, print process with a newer media that a lot of people have an interest in.
