I'm Ted Raymond with Allegra & Print Imaging in Scottsdale, Arizona. One of the things that we've seen is an interesting trend that's started to surface is that client's are now looking to us as data experts because of what we've done with both mail files and leveraging data for variable data print and direct mail. They view us as having the ability to manage data. Up to and including now coming to us and asking us to manage a CRM and within that creating ongoing lead nurturing campaigns.
So we've been put in this interesting position over the last six months where we now hold multiple licenses, for SalesForce.com, for example, and data is being driven in there and coming out of that process, we're driving personalized URLs, direct mail, e-mail, and have really become the epicenter for some of those client applications, not just around the traditional print but also around some of the data management and business strategies.
