My name is Peter Renton.  I'm the Founder and Director of Business Development for Lightning Labels in Denver, Colorado.  We're a label convertor that's -- we have been using the Internet pretty much from day one of our operation and one of the ways we used it, which we found really successful, was we've had online quoting, we've had totally transparent pricing to all of our customers and our competitors, but we found that online quoting has been a great tool for us.  We put it in at the end of 2003 and as I said we're one of the first label convertors to do that.

What we found was we were probably able to save four employees time by having online quoting.  We do about 200 online quotes a day, actually sometimes a lot more than that.  And it saves the customer service reps from having to deal with the customers, it sort of weeds out the prospects that aren't really a good fit.  So that -- we know people that have contacted us, they've done an online quote, they've pre-qualified themselves, and that's been really useful.

And something that we've just released this week is another thing to help our customers do quotes.  We've actually released an iPhone App.  It's the very first iPhone App for label quoting anywhere in the World, from any company, and we're really proud of it.  It's a very simple app; it just allows customers to do an online quote on their phone from, obviously, wherever they are.

We get notified about it as soon as they do the quote. If they want to call us, they can just click the phone number on the -- when they have their quote result.  They can call us directly and we'd have all their quote information right there.

So it's something that's new, it's fun and we're really proud of it.
