What is the current approximate cost of a 40" plate? And what would the cost be for that plate after a tariff is imposed? Put another way, what percent of the total print job cost is the plate?

For those of us who aren't directly involved in offset print production, the answer to Gordon's question is really important.
And also, what is the CURRENT difference is price of such plates between those sourced from Kodak and those sourced from overseas suppliers? And what is the justification for such difference? If the difference is simply a matter of Kodak wanting a higher profit margin and they were willing to spend money to lobby for such a tariff, then there is hardly justification for the tariff!
