The funeral business, or Death Care Industry, has numerous opportunities for the graphics industry. Memorialization services include imagery on tombstones and caskets. See this as a growing demand as people want to celebrate their LOVED ONES (also a funny satirical movie). Matthews International (MATW) has captured and perhaps dominates this sector, but there many opportunities for those dying to get into this business sector. Their product lines include tombstone imagery, casket manufacturing and cremation equipment. Matthews also owns SGK, whose core business is serving the food industry label and index table needs. Interesting diversity linked to related needs and skill sets. For those of you having SOYLENT GREEN flashbacks, I completely understand.
