I see major intergenerational misunderstandings in my daily professional life. I have faith in the younger cohort. We all need to listen better to these young people to sustain our futures. I have learned from listening to and learning from younger people. (extra- they are more fun).

Stephanie you are 100% on this one. I am emersed daily as chair of PGSF (alongside you as a board member extraordinaire), as well as in my roll on graphic communication school advisory boards, next-gen workforce initiatives, and working alongside industry partners and recruiters (and of course, being a mom of 3 now adults). All this reinforces the notion that we're going to be a-okay! IF NOT BETTER. So much to learn, share and collaborate on. Now is the time to lead not as it once was but with an inclusive eye on what is possible crossing generational lines. We are in good hands!
