Roland DG has today confirmed its set to return as an exhibitor to the UK’s premier sign making and digital printing event, Sign & Digital UK 2016, which is taking place on 19th - 21^st April 2016 at the Birmingham NEC. 

As the UK’s leading manufacturer of wide-format digital inkjet printers for durable graphics, Roland DG will be demonstrating its impressive portfolio of machines and applications on stand H30. Print professionals across the country will be able to meet with experts to find out how they can utilise the latest Roland DG technologies to produce new exciting applications that drive top line growth.

THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY

Visitors will be able to view the latest addition to Roland DG’s VersaUV series of UV-LED flatbed inkjet printers, the LEF-300, for the first time at the show. The LEF-300 is Roland’s largest, fastest and most productive desktop flatbed UV printer yet, with exciting production-boosting features that include: a 770mm wide printing area, four print heads and two UV-LED lamps for fast bi-directional direct printing, a vacuum table and comes with the new Roland VersaWorks Dual RIP software.

As well as the LEF-300, also on show at Sign & Digital UK 2016 will be the newly launched Texart XT-640 and SOLJET EJ-640. The Texart XT-640 is the latest edition to the Roland DG range of dye sublimation transfer printers, designed for professionals in the dye-sublimation market, delivering fast print speeds of up to 63m2/h; ideal for a demanding production environment. Roland’s accompanying range of Texart Inks can be set up as a 4-colour (dual CMYK) or 8 colour (CMYKLcLmOrVi) ink configuration delivering a wide colour gamut. 

Expanding the wide-format inkjet printer range Roland DG offer, the SOLJET EJ-640 has been designed with cost-efficient and high-performance productivity in mind. With dual staggered print heads, an integrated tri-heater system and strong chassis, the EJ-640 is built for optimum performance for businesses working on high-volume output.
