Land O’Lakes, FL — Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced a series of networking events scheduled for their 2011 Conference and Vendor Forum, held April 5-7, 2011 at the TradeWinds Island Grand Hotel and Conference Center, a AAA four-diamond, 584-room resort destination.

Starting on Tuesday and ending on Thursday, the 2011 Xplor Conference and Vendor Forum has intermixed "lighter moments," capitalizing on the resort setting of the TradeWinds Island Grand Hotel and Conference Center and in celebration of the Xplor’s 30th anniversary.

Daily networking lunches: Tuesday’s lunch is sponsored by Xerox with Wednesday being hosted by Proof Plus/Data Publishing Management.  Attendees can share lunch with other conference attendees and stroll through vendor exhibits.

The Tuesday evening reception is sponsored by FIS. In addition to ending a day relaxing with other conference attendees, attendees enjoy a Kodak Moment on the red carpet and get their picture taken with a real Oscar. Attendees will also have plenty of time to visit vendor and sponsors in the Xplor vendor forum.

The Sunset Barbeque on Wednesday evening is the social highlight of the week. Sponsored by DocuLynx, it is an evening where attendees and vendors mix, mingle, eat, drink and make the most of Florida's fabulous sunset.

Thursday includes the awards ceremony combined with an awards luncheon and it wraps up with the farewell reception, sponsored by Kodak. It is the perfect end to the conference. Attendees enjoy lunch, applaud for industry award winners and say your goodbyes until 2012 at the farewell reception.
