Mimeo Names New CEO, Stewart to Remain on the Board, Chief Strategist

May 15, 2001 (NEW YORK) - Mimeo, the leading provider of Internet-based document printing solutions for corporations, announced today that John F. Lyons has joined Mimeo as CEO. He replaces Jeff Stewart, founder, who will remain on the board of directors and have day-to-day responsibilities as Chief Strategist. The appointment of Mr. Lyons signifies the company's deepening commitment to the corporate printing market and reflects its growing status as the leading developer of corporate printing software and services.
Mr. Lyons brings more than 20 years of experience as a leading executive and visionary business leader with a proven track record in driving the adoption of technology-enabled solutions at Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to joining Mimeo, he held senior executive and leadership positions with companies including IBM, Entex Information Systems and most recently Impact Venture Partners.

Mr. Lyons brings vast experience that aligns with Mimeo's future expansion plans. Highlights of his career include a sixteen-year tenure at IBM where he held a variety of direct sales, marketing and sales management roles. At Entex, Mr. Lyons served in a number of senior management positions including President of the $1.8 billion Technology Acquisition Services division with over 1,100 employees. Prior to his role as president, he was Senior Vice President of sales and marketing. He also founded and served as CEO of The Global Alliance, a consortium of international system integrators.
