Friday, March 19, 2010, Nationwide Graphics acquired the assets of Premier Graphics in a "uniform commercial code sale” from GE Capital. Nationwide Graphics provided day-to-day management of Premier Graphic's operations under a management contract since early 2002. The purchase price was not disclosed.

"Premier Graphics was a company we managed and cared about," Carl Norton, Chairman and CEO of Nationwide Graphics, told PrintCEO, "so we bought it. We're optimistic; we paid good money to buy the company."

The five Premier Graphics companies will join the five Nationwide companies under one name, providing print services from 12 facilities:
