Last week I had the opportunity to visit with 4Over in Glendale, California. You may remember my last visit with them was a bit closer to my home in Ohio when I covered their Dayton facility grand opening.
I visited with CEO Zarik Megerdechian in their corporate headquarters before making the short trip to their Sperry Road production facility. I'll let Zarik tell you a little about the Sperry Road facility and about what's happening at 4Over:
4Over is heavily invested in Komori presses. I noted 4 running in the press room area. I believe the fifth was behind a tarp which is being used to shield visitors from some proprietary production methods. They use two Kodak CtP systems at this location along with various binding and finishing equipment. 4Over is ever-expanding by putting new facilities in Texas, Florida, and New Jersey in addition to California and Ohio. They are also venturing into wide format offerings by launching grand4mat.com. I'm told they are utilizing HP technology for their wide format offerings.
It's always good to see the 4Over team, whether at a trade show or one of their production facilities and I appreciate the time and hospitality shown to the WhatTheyThink team!
After the break I wanted to share some more photos from my trip...
