If these numbers came from the WTT Economics and Research Center, can you explain the discrepancy between what is shown here for printing and the $90 billion that Joe Webb references in his projections?

The data are for 7 months, January through July of this year and are not annualized.
The data are from the monthly Manufacturing Shipments report from the Department of Commerce
