IPG is a 50-year-old, family-owned book distribution business, the first to bring an alliance of small publishers together to act like one big publisher. IPG also operates two publishing companies: Chicago Review Press, which publishes adult nonfiction, and Triumph Books, which publishes sports titles. Gary’s love of and passion for print have taken him on a journey, from teaching 3,400 students about the graphic arts at Cincinnati State to founding the Cincinnati Type & Print Museum in Price Hill. The museum facility is powered by BLOC Ministries, whose goal is to provide jobs to the people of Price Hill and give them a safe space to learn life skills, allowing them to provide for themselves and help break the cycle of addiction in the community.
