Crawford Technologies attributes its continued growth to staying ahead of market demands with products and services that meet today’s business requirements.

In addition to another record year of sales and growth, Crawford Technologies reports its focus on its customers resulted in an exceptionally high customer satisfaction rating with a Net Promoter Score (NPS®) that grew to +75. To support its growth, Crawford Technologies expanded its sales teams, both domestically and internationally, and strengthened its management, pre-sales and technical teams with new hires. Additionally, major partnerships with Microsoft, Pitney Bowes and BlueCrest were signed to deliver the best possible document workflow solutions for the industry.

On the product side, in August of 2019, Crawford Technologies launched AccessibilityNow, a comprehensive, flexible platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to support the unique processing requirements of accessible high-volume transactional documents, as well as static documents of all types. AccessibilityNow allows enterprises to more easily comply with evolving document accessibility regulations, mitigating the risks and costs of non-compliance. Crawford Technologies also offers accessibility consulting, assessments and training services to support companies as they work to enhance the customer experience for those who are blind, partially sighted or cognitively impaired.
