Press release from the issuing company
Danvers, Mass. – Global printing industry leader Inkcups will demonstrate a range of versatile digital and pad printing solutions at the Promotional Product Service Institute (PSI) 2020, the leading European trade show for the promotional product industry. The event will be held at the Messe Düsseldorf Exhibition Center in Düsseldorf, Germany, January 7-9, 2020. Inkcups will be exhibiting in Stand K01, Hall 11.
The Inkcups display will feature the company’s Helix®, X360, and X5 digital printers; 2200-PS and B100 pad printers; and Cobalt 2000 laser plate-maker. During the event, these machines will be printing live on the exhibit floor, producing high-quality printed output on various promotional products and giveaway items.
The Helix® and X360 are high-performance, industrial digital inkjet systems that print 360 degrees on cylindrical (straight-walled) and tapered objects made of plastic, metal, glass and other materials. Both systems work with UV LED-curable inks and feature a tilt system for adjusting the angle when printing on conical items. They can print on stainless steel tumblers, plastic or metal beakers, glass and plastic bottles, candle holders, vases, and much more.
The X5 is a flatbed UV inkjet system for full-color printing on objects or products up to 152 mm high – yet another highly productive digital printing solution providing optimal versatility and flexibility for promotional products. It can print a full 43.3” x 24” (1100 x 610 mm) area in two minutes.
Inkcups will also showcase the 2200-PS and B100 machines from its extensive range of pad printers. The 2200-PS is a two-color, sealed-cup printer with a pad shuttle feature that almost doubles the number of pad impressions compared to typical pad printers of this type. The B100 is a high speed, single-color pad printer suitable for printing on a wide variety of tagless garments including T-shirts and athletic wear. It is equally adept at printing on promotional items such as silicone wristbands, napkins and candy tins.
In addition, there will be a live plate-etching demonstration using the Cobalt 2000, an industry leader in affordability and efficiency with solid-state laser technology.
This is Inkcups’ fourth year exhibiting at PSI. The company continues to strengthen its presence in the European market in response to rapidly growing interest in its printing solutions and services.
