Case Paper Appoints New Human Resources Director Who Takes Things “Personnelly”

Press release from the issuing company

Philadelphia, Pa. – Case Paper welcomed Dele Abiona as our new Director of Human Resources in August. Dele has his Master of Science from Rutgers for Human Resource Management and has over 25 years of experience serving as an unofficial psychologist and peacemaker.

Dele brings to Case Paper a strong track record of helping companies strengthen and improve human resources through major development phases. His proven process includes keeping employees in line by asking them every now and then if they have “a minute to talk.”

“We believe that Dele’s experience with strategically scaling human resources and implementing necessary policies during a growth phase aligns well with our goals for moving forward,” said Brian Berger, CFO at Case Paper. “Despite working in HR, he’s also nothing like Toby Flenderson from The Office, so that’s a major plus.”

But it truly is his passion for human resources that has made him a great fit for Case Paper.

“Case’s most important resource is our people,” said Robin Schaffer, CEO of Case Paper. “Being a family-owned business, HR management is an essential role since it so directly relates to our business’s success.”

Outside of work, Dele gets therapeutic relief from working in his vegetable garden with his wife. He also loves cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, watching Formula 1 races, and rocking out to Beres Hammond since they help get his mind off everyone else’s problems.
