Customer Communications Trends, Best Practices Highlight Unique Industry Event

Industry leaders share experience and expertise in creating effective communications

North Mankato, Minn. – Attendees of the 2019 Xploration Tour MN will learn from customer communications industry leaders during a unique one-day session on Nov. 13 at the Minnesota Timberwolves training facility.

At the Taylor Communications-sponsored event, industry professionals will learn how to capitalize on the latest customer communications trends to differentiate the customer experience and drive growth. The day is designed for business executives, consultants, analysts and service bureau professionals who print, mail or distribute direct mail, invoices, statements, notifications or other communications via print, the web, social media and/or mobile.

Topics include:

Kaspar Roos, industry analyst and Founder and CEO of Aspire will be a featured speaker. An educational session led by Taylor Communications and one of their clients also will be part of the day. Sessions will wrap with a panel discussion of industry experts moderated by Kemal Carr, President of Madison Advisors.
