Customer Communications in 2025 - Trends & Technology to drive CCM into the Future
Toronto, Ont. – Xplor® Canada today announced that registration is now open for Xplor Canada’s Annual Conference, happening on September 18, 2019. The event will be held at Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto and is sponsored by BlueCrest, RRD Canada and Canada Post. This year’s Xplor Canada Conference looks beyond 2020 at what the future holds for the CCM industry over the next five years. The event will begin at 1:30 with a focus on emerging technologies and how artificial intelligence is enhancing communications beyond the written word. Additional sessions will include a focus on compliance and reducing risk in the new landscape of communications; and looking at the customer experience beyond the communication.
