EFI is the world leader in software and hardware imaging solutions for network printing. The two companies will collaborate on a range of products using EFI's industry-leading imaging and controller technologies. The initial product is the LJ7500, a high speed, sub-$1,000 class printer for corporate workgroup environments. The LJ7500 leverages EFI's new Volcano controller architecture, a powerful low-cost platform designed for affordable, high-speed printers.
