Lincoln Printing Adds New Muller Martini Minuteman 1509

Press release from the issuing company

Fort Wayne, Indiana — Lincoln Printing Corporation has installed a new Minuteman 1509 saddle stitcher in its bindery to enhance production of books and brochures. The 8,000 cycle/hour Minuteman features an infinitely variable speed control to custom match its production rate to each job and to facilitate single operator running. A quality control caliper system checks the dimensions of every book and automatically diverts rejects. And the machine’s three-knife trimmer provides perfectly square cuts by pulling rather than pushing books through to the knife station.
