Press release from the issuing company
Bruckmuehl – adphos Digital Printing GmbH, one of the world’s leading experts in inkjet drying and curing, invites you to an Open House event (May 16-17, 2019) at the adphos headquarter in Bruckmühl, Germany. In co-operation with profi-Tec | profi-Jet GmbH, Germany, the European distributor of MCS Incorporated, USA, MCS’ high-speed inkjet-printing system “TK1740” powered by an adphos NIRWeb-IV-20 will be demonstrated. Furthermore, a single sheet application will be shown in cooperation with Popp Maschinenbau GmbH and Palamides GmbH.
A focus on high-speed InkJet-Printing
adphos supports the event with its 25 years’ experience in thermal processing. Through the investigation and delivery of thousands of drying/curing projects, adphos has gained a great depth of knowledge and application expertise – ranging from drying aqueous ink onto thin films to drying inks onto heat reactive substrates and a drying on a big variety of paper-stocks. aNIR®’s speciality is primary energy absorption on the wet printed pattern and not on the substrate itself.
Live demos and a selection of presentations
The event on May 16th and 17th, 2019 will focus on Digital Print solutions. During the course of presentations from industry experts and customer testimonials, live-demonstrations will show the possibilities of high-speed inkjet printing enabled by aNIR-dryer technology. In adphos laboratories hands on drying and curing trials on a wide variety of substrates will be demonstrated.
Benefits of aNIR®
adphos aNIR® enables instantaneous start/stop drying-technology and significant energy savings packed in extremely compact designs. The aNIR® drying, which essentially addresses only the printed areas and thus causes little heating of the substrates, dries the wet ink very efficiently in a fraction of a second resulting in a completely flat paper without dehydration.
