Presstek Appoints Donald C. Waite III to Board of Directors

HUDSON, N.H., July 10 - Presstek, Inc., a leading provider of direct digital imaging technology, today announced the appointment of Donald C. Waite III to Presstek's Board of Directors.
Waite is currently the Director of the Executives-in-Residence Program at the Columbia Graduate School of Business, where he is an adjunct professor. Waite retired from McKinsey & Company, the international management consulting firm, in February 2002 after 36 years. He remains a member of the McKinsey Investment Committee and the McKinsey Advisory Council.
At McKinsey, Waite helped build the firm's financial and services practices in Europe, and led the worldwide banking, securities and financial institutions practices. He was managing partner of the five McKinsey offices in the northeast U.S. (New York, Boston, New Jersey, Stamford and Washington). He was also one of the three members of the firm's Office of the Managing Director, and Chairman of the firm's Investment Committee and Compensation Committee.
As managing partner of McKinsey's offices in the Northeast, Waite led the largest group of offices within McKinsey & Company, with over 500 professionals and over 90 partners. In this capacity, he supervised all aspects of McKinsey's presence in the Northeast, including client service, knowledge development, people management and governance.
Waite received a M.B.A. degree with honors from the Columbia Graduate School of Business, where he was a Harriman Scholar, and a B.A., with distinction, from Dartmouth College. Waite sits on the Board of Overseers of the Columbia Graduate School of Business, as well as acts as Director of several other economic and cultural institutions.
