Minneapolis, Minn. – The John Roberts Company, a leader in commercial printing services and marketing solutions, announced today the purchase of select assets from HM Graphics, Inc. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin by its subsidiary, JR1. JR1 also purchased the HM Graphics trade name and select intellectual property rights.

With this purchase of HM Graphics, Inc. assets, The John Roberts Company group of companies will continue to serve HM Graphics’ clients’ needs for grand format, creative, high quality projects that require timely distribution.
