Atlanta, Ga. – Attendees at the 27th annual forum of the

The top speakers include:

  • Kristin Seaver, CIO and EVP of the United States Postal Service, will speak on ways of growing business by leveraging information and technology to improve operations and enhance customer experiences.
  • Peter Schafer, a partner at New Direction Partners, will bring practical insights to the trends that are reshaping mergers and acquisitions in the printing industry.
  • Kris Francis and Eric Ratcliffe from 360 Advanced, a leading provider of compliance, cybersecurity and risk management services will help INg members understand how well they are prepared for 2019 and beyond.
  • Will Morgan of Keypoint Intelligence will update members on the annual INg Member Performance Report research that profiles the group and be on hand to answer questions about the transactional and direct mail marketplace.

In addition, several INg member and partner companies will share valuable insights gained in the past year, and speak and moderate discussions on topics ranging from impediments to growth, transitioning from toner to inkjet presses, using technology to grow sales, optimizing finishing systems, and more.

The Forum is the annual landmark event of INg, North America’s leading association of privately held transactional and direct mail service bureaus. The 2019 Forum will take place at the Meritage Resort in Napa, California from March 4–7.

“We’re looking forward to hearing from our guest speakers and from members and partners who bring forth such a wealth of perspective and expertise,” notes J.P. Thomas, INg President. “The value of INg stems from valuing each other’s input and sharing information so we can all be more successful.”
