KIRKLAND, Wash., July 30 -- ImageX, Inc. the leading provider of online solutions for distributing, managing and producing sales and marketing materials, today announced that it has granted printChannel.com, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide license on three ImageX patents. The ImageX patent portfolio covers technology for automating the print procurement and production processes. printChannel.com is obtaining rights under ImageX's three patents for use in its automated print products and services. The license provides for a royalty arrangement, the details of which are to remain confidential.
