Press release from the issuing company

Discover how designers' ideas become reality by means of JP4 and JP4 EVO printing machines

Heimtextil 2018 (8 – 11 January 2019 Frankfurt am Main); visitors will be able to look and touch the outstanding printing results achievable by using JP4 and JP4 EVO printing machines at the industry's most important global event for interior textiles and interior design.

MS (Hall 3.0 – Booth J61) is showcasing both versions of JP4 textile printing machines.

  • JP4 model – 3200mm printing width – is printing in combination with Digistar Bravo: JK Group's disperse ink. JP4 is an ink and software open system equipped with Kyocera KJ4B-300dpi printheads. Whilst being the “baby” in MS’s fabric product range for direct textile printing it offers Industrial Production Speed: 150 sqm/hour @1500 (double CMYK) and 85 sqm/hour @1500 (8 single colours). JP4 is the joining link between paper and textile printing thanks to its possible double configuration: paper & fabric; revealing-itself a very profitable investment.
  • JP4 EVO model – 3200mm printing width – is printing in combination with Digistar Bellagio: JK Group's reactive ink which is debuting at Heimtextil. JP4 EVO is an ink and software open system equipped with Kyocera KJ4B-600dpi printheads, offering Industrial Production Speed: 220 sqm/hour @1500 (double CMYK) and 160 sqm/hour @1500 (8 single colours). JP4 EVO has been developed for non-elastic fabric offering: high-print quality results as the “sis” JP4 by adding high productivity and reliability crucial in direct textile printing.

Both JP4 models printing in mode up to 16 drops from 4 to 72 pl.

Live demo will help visitors to figure out the accuracy and reliability of MS's printing systems which allow to scale productivity and production speed without losing image quality.
