Press release from the issuing company

Coral Springs, Fla. – Nordis Technologies, an innovative customer communications management and payment technology solutions company, has recruited Nicole Miller to be vice president of client services. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, technology, revenue cycle management, election services software and business operations.

“Nicole has the perfect background to lead our client services team. She has worked with Expresso on the client side and understands its unique value proposition for customers. She also has extensive experience at implementing and supporting technology products and services for fast-growing companies like Nordis,” said Ronnie Selinger, founder, CEO and president. “Nicole puts clients at the center of everything she does to ensure an excellent customer experience.”

Prior to joining Nordis Technologies, Miller was the chief operating officer of a technology start-up that specialized in developing artificial intelligence for predicting customer engagement and satisfaction. She previously served as vice president for product management at CarePayment, Inc., a leading provider of patient financial services and a current Nordis customer. She also served as director of product commercialization and product management for Experian Healthcare, where she leveraged her background and expertise in healthcare compliance, revenue cycle and patient services to help build the first healthcare division within the credit services giant.

“I’ve been impressed with Nordis Technologies for many years,” Nicole said. “I know firsthand how its technology gives clients the power, control and flexibility to transform how they manage customer communications and payments. I’m excited to be a part of this talented and dedicated team where I can help clients use Nordis to strengthen their customer relationships and build their competitive advantage.”

Miller volunteered with Girl Scouts of America for more than a decade, including serving as a troop leader and leadership coach. She also mentors high school students through the Future Business Leaders of America program.
