Lyndhurst, N.J. – Hop Industries, manufacturer of the durable Hop-Syn synthetic paper today announces that its synthetic paper will be printed live at the Electronics For Imaging Inc. (EFI) booth #301, and the swissQprint booth #950 at 2018 SGIA Expo. Additionally, the Hop-Syn team will be on hand at Hop Industries’ booth #3911 to give away free samples of the durable substrate and to answer any questions. The 2018 SGIA Expo will be held in Las Vegas, October 18-20.

At the Expo, attendees will be treated to a wide range of roll- and sheet-fed applications, showcasing the various uses of Hop-Syn synthetic paper. At the EFI booth, printing experts will run live demonstrations of sharp, eye-popping images printed on Hop-Syn XT and BL grades using an EFI VUTEk superwide LED printer. The versatile Hop-Syn XT grade is ideal for point-of-purchase displays, banners, loyalty cards, and more. The translucent Hop-Syn BL grade is used for backlit point-of-purchase signage, transit signs, airport displays and more.

At the swissQprint booth, printing experts will be showcasing vibrant, bold colors of point-of-purchase displays using the Hop-Syn XT grade, printed by the Nyala 3 UV inkjet printer. The displays are custom sized, thanks to Hop-Syn’s in-house converting services.
