Press release from the issuing company
The multifaceted show organized by BOBST on its stand at LabelExpo Americas brought the unique advantages of its label production lines in terms of customer fit and efficient technologies to the forefront.
For converters who are considering taking the leap and adopting the Extended Color Gamut (ECG) printing process, BOBST showcased the abilities of the REVO Digital Flexo technology through demonstrations of the M1 and M6 inline presses and quality checks of their outputs. The daily REVO master classes gave the American visitors a taste of the support they will benefit from at the US REVO Academy that will be opening soon.
“Not only converters can take advantage of a reliable turnkey process in place for almost five years,” explained Matteo Cardinotti, Head of BOBST Narrow & mid-web multi-process Product Line and Managing Director of Bobst Firenze, “we are also the only manufacturer that can match ECG printing with the automatic changeover of print cylinders and die-cutting stations without stopping the press.”
The other takeaway from the BOBST stand was the machines’ capability of meeting even the toughest challenges in the production of value added labels both in terms of finishing processes for substrate enhancement and of die-cutting shapes.
