Aleyant to Showcase Cloud-Based Workflow Automation at Print18

Press release from the issuing company

From design and job submission through output, workflow is simplified and profitability is increased

Wheaton Ill. – Aleyant, an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry at value-driven prices, today reported it will be demonstrating a suite of integrated, cloud-based solutions designed to improve print shop productivity and profitability. At the show, scheduled for September 30 through October 2 at McCormick Place, Chicago, visitors to Aleyant Booth #243 will see an unmatched automated printing workflow, from job submission to output, that reduces manual touches, errors and production time for print shops of virtually any size.

“Connectivity and automation are today’s watchwords in the dynamic and highly competitive printing industry,” said Greg Salzman, Aleyant’s President. “Our goal from the beginning was to bring these critical capabilities to printing companies to make their operations more efficient and profitable. And now we have added even more capabilities to our extensive suite of offerings. We will be looking forward to speaking to visitors to our booth at Print18 about their business needs and demonstrating how Aleyant solutions can set them on the path to increased profitability.”

The Details
Almost every Aleyant solution has been updated to continue to stay ahead of industry trends and provide the most efficient possible workflows for its customers. These include:

  • Pressero, Aleyant’s flagship web-to-print software, now allows users to define custom profile fields. Custom profile fields can be used to collect additional customer information when they create an account. That information can then be passed to eDocBuilder for use on custom templates linked to specific products in Pressero.
  • eDocBuilder features a brand-new capability; Field Designer enables cloud-based template design and no longer requires the use of a desktop software. No licenses needed!
  • tFLOW now has enhanced email and messaging built into the platform. This enables better and more efficient customer service as well as improved internal and external communications. Preflighting, online customer proof approvals, automated file processing, customer service and project management all come together in one easy-to-use interface.
  • PrintJobManager will share a sneak peak of version 2.0 that includes Scheduling Simplified. Customers will now be able to view information at the job, department or resource level as a basis for more intelligent production planning. Each view shows details about each job, including due date, estimated production time, customer information and more. Jobs can be sorted based on priority and other criteria. With PrintJobManager's new Scheduling Simplified, print shops of any size can intelligently plan their time to create a more efficient process.

“Visitors to our stand are sure to be impressed with the wide range of improvements we have been able to incorporate in our software suite in a very short time,” Salzman added. “In addition, Pressero and PrintJobManager are Zapier compliant and have the ability to connect with more than 1,000 third-party applications via direct API. Use the solutions separately, or combine the exact set of features and functionality your business needs to move profitably into the future. And stay tuned … we are not finished yet!”
