Nashville-based customer communications company positions for future growth
Nashville, Tenn. – DNI Corp., which provides direct mail fulfillment and statement processing services for businesses, utilities and government offices, is positioning to grow its footprint by expanding its leadership team and suite of services.
DNI has added the role of company president, tapping Andrew Honeybone for this new position. Honeybone joins DNI from Bridgestone Americas where he most recently served as vice president of human resources. Prior to Bridgestone, he also held roles of increasing responsibility at Dollar General, General Mills, and General Electric.
Honeybone joins CEO Jono Huddleston in leading DNI, who purchased the company from its original founders in December of 2008. Honeybone and Huddleston first met as classmates at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management over 16 years ago.
“DNI is in a strong position to grow, but successful growth requires a combination of business, process, and people capability. Andrew’s experience in these areas will help DNI build a work environment and business culture that attracts and retains the talent required to expand our footprint and enhance our service delivery,” Huddleston said. “Regardless of the industry you’re in, a great work environment leads to great customer experiences, which leads to growth—that’s what Andrew’s passion and experience will help us do.”
Over the past 10 years, DNI has added statement processing and electronic billing services to complement its legacy direct mail fulfillment services that have been the bedrock of its operations for more than three decades. The growth strategy for DNI includes providing clients with a comprehensive solution simplifying all client and prospect communications including statements, invoices, payment collections and direct marketing processes. Build out of these services is now complete with the recent addition of online payment processing.
“We are staying true to the founders’ original vision for DNI of providing high-quality direct mail fulfillment services while adapting to our clients needs,” Huddleston said. “The value of focused direct marketing and hard copy statements isn’t going away, but complements a paperless and online strategy. Our clients no longer have to find multiple vendors and they get a more efficient solution from prospecting to billing to payment collection as a result.”
DNI serves clients in the Southeast region and across the country out of its 80,000-square-foot facility in South Nashville.
“We see an opportunity to expand the reach of our operations as well as the industries that we primarily serve,” Honeybone said. “Jono has already invested in creating a strong foundation upon which DNI can continue to grow and succeed as an organization, and I’m excited to join him in furthering these efforts to benefit both our clients and our employees.”
