Oh yeah, and some say it's one of the worlds' ten largest economies -- larger than most countries. California as a place to live may not be to everyone's taste, but in terms of job markets in both old, new, and even cross media, the Golden State could very well live up to its nickname (again). And think about it this way: although it's increasingly possible to work in new media without having to be in any specific physical location, have you ever tried to run a printing press over the Internet?
