Bristol, United Kingdom – Narrow web ink and varnish specialist Pulse Roll Label Products Ltd will exhibit at Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2018 in Bangkok from 10-12 May alongside its Thai partner Press Systems Co Ltd. to showcase innovative ink solutions for the regional label market.

At the inaugural show, live PureTone UV flexo ink mixing and colour matching demos will be performed daily on stand C9 to showcase the benefits of the total colour management solution for narrow web label printers. PureTone has already proved to be a popular concept in the region for companies looking to advance into the next generation of flexo printing. Several leading players have now switched to the UV flexo ink system and experienced its value first-hand in terms of achieving consistent colour, reducing downtime and waste, and providing overall cost-savings. These same advantages also apply to the PureTone FPC ink system, now available for non-direct food contact packaging and labelling applications.

PureScreen - an exciting development that blends PureTone UV flexo inks with a specially formulated transparent white and/or opaque white medium to create UV screen printing inks - will also be promoted in Bangkok. For flexo printers using screen technology, this unique concept provides colour consistency between UV flexo and UV screen and offers substantial cost savings in terms of ink stock reduction. In addition to presenting innovative ink solutions, visitors to Labelexpo Southeast Asia will also have the opportunity to discuss the latest developments in other inks, varnishes and coatings formulated specifically for the narrow web market.

Bangkok-based Press Systems Co Ltd., is the exclusive distributor of Pulse Roll Label Products’ narrow web inks, varnishes and coatings in the Thai market through its subsidiary Ink Systems Co Ltd.
