Xerox Products Now Available to Agencies from National Cooperative
Norwalk, Conn. – Government agencies and educational institutions nationwide can now purchase transformative document technology and document management solutions from Xerox through a new agreement awarded by Region 4 Education Service Center and made available through National IPA.
The agreement makes it simple for agencies to purchase Xerox offerings ranging from single function desktop printers to high end digital presses, flexible managed print services, innovative software offerings, centralized print services and workflow automation solutions. The National IPA agreement extends through February 2021.
National IPA is a cooperative purchasing organization dedicated to the public sector. The cooperative assists agencies and institutions to streamline the tedious, expensive request-for-proposal process (RFP) while satisfying requirements for transparency by offering a comprehensive portfolio of awarded contracts.
With flexible contract options for lease, purchase or rental, National IPA offers registered members scalable and competitive national pricing based on the scope of the solution. Members have access to all awarded contracts available in the portfolio, including Xerox’s Managed Document Services.
“Government agencies and educational institutions should only have to focus on effectively and efficiently serving their constituents, not on document management,” said Ted Dezvane, senior vice president, Managed Document Services, Xerox. “By contracting with Xerox through National IPA, agencies and institutions will see a variety of benefits such as reduced administrative burden and product cost-savings.”
Xerox’s MPS offerings address the needs of both large enterprise and small-to medium-size business customers facing the challenges of digital transformation today. From workflow automation to analytics, Xerox helps customers reach sustainability goals, gain greater visibility and control of document processes and costs, and improve security through the latest authentication, encryption and virus protection technology.
