Nürtingen – The Nürtingen-based mechanical engineering and UV specialist IST METZ has been awarded the title of "Global Market Leader 2018" in the "Mechanical and Systems Engineering" sector in the field of "UV drying systems based on ultraviolet light (UV), infrared (IR) and warm air (WA)". The Global Market Leader Index 2018 with 461 listed companies was determined on the basis of a ranking by the University of St. Gallen.

IST METZ GmbH has been active in the development, production and sales of systems for curing printing materials and coatings for over 40 years. The UV systems cure inks, coatings and a variety of other materials within fractions of a second. And the UV specialist has now made it into the Global Market Leader Index, developed by the Henri B. Meier School of Entrepreneurs of the University of St. Gallen in cooperation with the Academy of German Global Market Leaders (ADWM). IST METZ GmbH is now listed as the Global Market Leader Champion 2018 in the "Mechanical and Systems Engineering" sector in the "UV drying systems based on ultraviolet light (UV), infrared (IR) and warm air (WA)" segment.
