Andre Martin and Barbara Jenic Are Co-Owners of the Minuteman Press Design, Marketing, and Printing Franchise in Penticton, British Columbia; Minuteman Press Was a Silver Sponsor for the Popular Nine Day Event

Penticton, B.C. – Minuteman Press, a full-service design, marketing, and printing business located at 130-564 Main Street in Penticton, was a proud sponsor of the 2018 Scotties Tournament of Hearts Canada Curling Championships. Co-owners Andre Martin and Barbara Jenic attended the nine day event that brought together Canada's best and saw Team Manitoba's Jennifer Jones tie the legendary Colleen Jones for the all-time record with six Scotties Tournament victories. In addition to crowning new women's curling champions, the 2018 Scotties Tournament of Hearts Canada included entertainment and charity events including a telethon to raise money for the Sandra Schmirler Foundation, which supports babies who were born premature or are critically ill and also helps provide scholarship opportunities to junior curlers. Andre says, "The Scotties Tournament not only brings the best of Canada on the ice, but shows the best of Canada off the ice through the telethon and other great events."

Before joining the Minuteman Press franchise family, Andre Martin worked in the newspaper industry for over 20 years. He and Barbara are active in the community and Andre is currently a member of the Penticton City Council. He also is the Chair of two Peer to Peer development groups.
