Roland DG's digital printing technology presents profitable new personalisation solutions for the world of sports
The growth in consumer demand for customised sports equipment and apparel is a key industry trend which presents exciting commercial opportunities for manufacturers, suppliers and retailers alike. To capitalise on this fast-growing demand, Roland DG is exhibiting at ISPO Munich, the leading global trade fair for the sporting goods industry, with in excess of 2,700 exhibitors and 80,000 expected visitors.

Entitled "Profit through Personalisation: The Roland Retail Concept ", the session will shine a spotlight on the full range of customisation possibilities and the ways in which Roland DG's innovative technology is creating profitable new opportunities for all kinds of brands and businesses.
The Roland team will be showcasing a range of technologies on the booth to meet the demands of the current and future sports market. Roland’s VersaUV LEF printers are ideal for item customisation; direct printing text and images onto a huge range of materials including acrylic, plastic, wood, board, metal, glass and leather* and onto a variety of objects such as phone covers, golf balls, fishing reels, hockey pucks, drinks bottles, trophies and so much more.
Roland will also demonstrate its compact VersaSTUDIO BN-20 device used to create stickers, labels, heat transfers for clothing, POS displays, posters and more. The BN-20 is also perfect for the point-of-sale personalisation of players’ shirts. Visitors will also discover the METAZA MPX-95, a desktop photo impact printer which produces text and images on plaques, trophies, medals and more.
