Easton/Palmer Township, Pa. – Tower Products, Inc., the leading manufacturer of environmentally sensitive pressroom chemistry for the offset and flexographic printing industry, has released its’ new flexographic cleaning product specifically formulated for the corrugated industry, Tower 270 Cleaner Concentrate. 

Tower 270 Cleaner Concentrate is a water-based wash-up detergent for Flexo Systems used in the corrugated box industry. Over time, metal particulates in the inks adhere to the anilox cell wall taking valuable cell space from new ink.  Tower 270 Cleaner Concentrate is designed to reduce dried ink over time and usage to where you will have a full cell volume available for the fresh flexo ink. This cost-effective product technology should be mixed with water at a ratio of 50 parts water and one- part product concentrate or (50:1).

The product does not contain any VOC’s, HAPS or solvents and will clean both UV and conventional inks in the corrugated printing area. Sample material is available for in plant evaluations.
