Full-color digital print capabilities and enhanced efficiencies help meet needs of service bureau clients
Quadient, formerly GMC Software, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announced today that NCP Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harland Clarke Corp., and one of the largest print service bureaus in the country, is successfully utilizing its Quadient Inspire customer communications management platform. Originally, NCP Solutions adopted the technology to ease the transition from an offset press, shell and black and white variable imprint workflow, to four-color digital inkjet. With the robust capabilities of Quadient Inspire on board, the company is realizing immediate benefits, including accurate color management, scalable document composition, improved standardization andseamless throughput for omni-channel communications.
NCP Solutions reports the internal advancements afforded by the implementation of Quadient Inspire resulted in a 15 percent improvement in the ability to process increased volume, as well as being able to create omni-channel communications from one code base, significantly reducing costs while ensuring consistency across all output channels.
"Changing composition engines can be a challenging task, but it wasn't with Quadient Inspire," said Tim Cooper, IT enterprise architect, Harland Clarke. "Quadient is a great partner for our business. With its solution, we are better positioned to achieve our goal of effectively responding to and supporting our clients' evolving communications needs.”
“It is always exciting to help service providers strengthen their position in the market with technology that takes them to the next level,” said Richard Lloyd, vice president, service providers, Quadient. “Our long and successful relationship with NCP Solutions and Harland Clarke continues to grow as they take advantage of Quadient’s on-going innovations.”
Building on its satisfaction with Quadient Inspire, NCP Solutions is planning the deployment of Quadient Inspire Interactive for one of its largest clients. The solution is a customer communications application designed to provide customer-facing business users with the flexibility and autonomy they need to quickly handle customer interactions that require immediate action, while still ensuring compliance, tracking and auditability. The company is also planning implementation of Quadient Inspire Dynamic Communications, which will enable NCP Solutions to offer its clients the ability to create customer-driven, interactive communications that will engage customers throughout their entire journey. The solution will offer rich communications for customer onboarding, money lending, retail bank servicing, wealth management and insurance products.
NCP Solutions’ success with Quadient Inspire was presented as a case study by Cooper at the Inkjet Summit 2017. The presentation won the award for Best Sponsor Case Study – Transactional Segment.
