Press release from the issuing company
Schaumburg, IL – INX International Ink Co. announced today it plans to exhibit at ExpoPrint Latin America for the first time. One of the largest industry events in South America, it will be held March 20-24, 2018 in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The event also represents the first trade show opportunity in the country for INX since it acquired Brazil’s leading ink manufacturer, Creative Industria e Comercio Ltda., one year ago.
With a significant worldwide presence supported by parent company Sakata INX of Japan, INX will display its strength and global reach by showcasing a complete line of inks and coatings products at ExpoPrint Latin America. This includes a wide range of solutions for the commercial, digital, packaging and publication markets, in addition to the development of hardware and software technologies for the fast growing digital systems and integration segment.
Rick Clendenning, President and CEO of INX International Ink Co., is looking forward to the event for several reasons.
“Exhibiting at ExpoPrint Latin America will be an important milestone for us,” he acknowledged. “Since having Creative join our family, it has satisfied the goal of being invested in South America so we could offer packaging technologies to our global customers. Creative is one of the strongest and most respected manufacturers of flexographic and gravure packaging inks in Brazil, and they have built solid relationships with customers for over 20 years. Their success has become quite apparent in the past year, and having an excellent management team and all their resources on board will help us continue to grow in the future.”
Guilherme Ribeiro, Creative’s Finance Director, anticipates having a strong presence at ExpoPrint Latin America 2018.
“This show is the one event everyone in the region looks forward to attending. Being the first event in partnership with INX will make it special,” said Ribeiro. “Having the product development expertise and global resources of INX available to us is a positive influence. It is helping our efforts as we continue expanding our ink portfolio throughout South America.”
