Crawford Technologies to Co-sponsor and Speak at Xplor Eastern Canada’s Document Derby

Toronto, ON – Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, will be co-sponsoring Xplor Eastern Canada: The Document Derby  at Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, ON on September 27 at 3:30-9:00 p.m. The program is designed to provide educational information and networking opportunities for customer experience professionals, enterprise digital strategy leaders, marketers, data analytics managers, compliance, innovation and technology officers and other industry professionals, with the day culminating in a buffet dinner and a live horse race.  The Document Derby will feature educational sessions to address the challenges associated with ensuring customer communications offer the value that will forge a positive customer experience while driving engagement.

Crawford Technologies’ project and quality manager, Jen Goulden, EDP, will participate on a panel about compliance and communicating with the visually impaired.  The panel moderator will be Dennis Quon, EDP, solutions manager, document accessibility of Crawford Technologies. Additional panelists include Len Baker, regional vice president, Ontario and Quebec at CNIB and Nick Romano, who has built a career in customer communications and has been delivering successful outcomes through leadership, integrity, innovation and empowerment for more than 20 years. Baker will be discussing assistive technologies and Romano will speak on solutions for delivering consistent, relevant customer communications in an omni-channel world.
