CTI Paper USA continuously innovates to ensure extraordinary performance on today’s digital printing equipment, including HP Indigo.  A proven universal coating also enables Kromekote to be used interchangeably across offset and production-rated dry toner/laser equipment.

Kromekote is well-suited for standard color copiers used by businesses and nonprofits of all sizes, giving them the ability to create premium printed materials in-house that look professionally produced. 

CTI Paper USA has won certification for Kromekote on the Konica-Minolta bizhub press platform.  In addition, Kromekote is engineered to deliver maximum performance on all other digital presses including Xerox, Kodak, Canon, Epson, Oce and Ricoh.

Extraordinary performance on HP Indigo presses is another top priority for CTI Paper USA across Kromekote and many of its other premium printing paper brands.  CTI Paper now offers HP Indigo papers in a variety of weights and thicknesses, from 8 pt. to 18 pt. (350 gsm), the majority of which are certified by the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Kromekote is particularly valuable to small- and mid-size printers because it enables them to offer a unique, super-premium sheet that can be run on standard offset presses as well as production-rated dry toner/laser presses.  Result:  they can compete effectively on higher-value, higher-margin print jobs.

The newly launched Kromekote Jade Text and Cover line brings highly reflective, embossed pearlescent textures to the brand for the first time.  It is available in luxe surfaces—Brush, Wave, Linen and Pinweave—with immediate availability of folio, digital and cut-size sheets, plus envelopes.

“Printed pieces on Kromekote Jade deliver a beautiful, sophisticated elegance,” Kelly explained.  “Ambient light refracts against the embossed surface and inks to deliver stunning, high-impact print.  We’re seeing interest in this unique, differentiated surface from printers of all sizes.” 

In addition, Kromekote features offerings in brushed and mirror-finished gold and silver foils and five rich, striking colors.

For offset and dry toner/laser equipment, Kromekote features an ultra bright-white universal C1S and C2S sheet in a wide range of weights and sizes.  It is also available in an ultra bright-white C1S label in two basis weights.  

Applications include folders, presentation covers, packaging, greeting cards, invitations, brochures, direct mail, retail tags and promotional materials across hundreds of commercial and social uses.  Kromekote products are acid-free, lignin-free, elemental chlorine free and, with the exception of foils, recyclable.
