At POLAR, eight young people are starting their working lives

Press release from the issuing company

On the first of September, eight young people started their training at POLAR-Mohr, entering a new phase in their lives. In the next three and a half years they will be intensively prepared for their professional lives. Three young people are trained as industrial mechanics, three as mechatronic technicians and two as industrial management assistants.

The staff management and training manager welcomed the new trainees and wished them all the very best for the years ahead, a good start and every success in their working lives. As training young people is very important to POLAR-Mohr the firm has been training highly-qualified young talent for many decades. This year, the company invested in a new training center.

On their welcome day, the new colleagues were not only given important information about their training and the company, but also had the chance to attend a guided tour around the factory and get an initial impression of the various business areas. A joint lunch together with other trainees who have already spent one or two years at POLAR-Mohr allowed the young people to meet and get to know each other. This not only makes their start easier, it is also a good basis for a successful collaboration.

Traineeships at POLAR are held in very high regard not only within the borders of the Main-Taunus district. As a mechanical engineering company, POLAR-Mohr places great emphasis on training in industrial professions. The traineeship takes place in both the company as well as the vocational school. This ensures that functional and theoretical knowledge is given equal weight.
