The Senior Director of the Higher Education Advisory Team (HEAT), Rick Ranft, hosted a Strategy Session on "Practical Applications of Strategic Partnerships in Higher Education." He focused on the evolution of strategic collaborations, utilizing examples from current EMSD clients to explain how both sides benefit from a unique and nuanced approach to vendor-university relationships. The session concluded with an examination of the future of strategic collaborations.
Also in attendance was Andrea Rai, HEAT's Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships for HEAT. HEAT was created to conduct primary research on industry trends and to focus on opportunities in the higher education print space by identifying and implementing best practices, including benchmarking metrics to track program goals and successes.
